The New Street Fighter 4 Character Kuri?

Here's the newest Street Fighter 4 character. We believe here name is Kuri, but we're only going with the file name from Famitsu. She may have fast hands like E. Honda, a fireball like Ken and Ryu, or electricity like Blanka - we don't know.
